As the name suggests it has a sweeter finish than other beers in our range, and it has a rich golden colour.

The sweetness makes this beer very moreish, and at 3.9% your customers can enjoy going back for seconds (or thirds).

It’s our newest beer from Monty’s and due to the sweet finish has proven popular.

Monty’s take on a German Helles style lager.

Our lager has been made with traditional lager malts and Hersbrucker and Tattnang hops, with a hint of sweetness on the finish. This lager looks great on any bar.

Available in 30L or 50L Steel Kegs and 30L Key Kegs only.

With oval or round keg badges, or our digital keg badges subject to contract.

GALAETH 4%

A refreshing 4.0% golden ale, full of tropical aromas

Galaeth (meaning galaxy in Welsh) is a refreshing 4.0% Dark Golden Ale. Full of tropical fruit aromas including passion fruit and pineapple. Made with a skillfull blend of Mosaic, Simcoe and Citra hops. A bitter finish, dark gold in colour, one that transports you to a warm summer’s night. Gluten Free.

GWYN A DU 4.0%

Gwyn a Du, means White and Black in Welsh our take on a traditional stout.

This smooth easy drinking stout has a gentle sweet finish. It’s made using Dragon hops for a soft bitterness.

If you are looking for an alternative stout for your bar, look no further. A smooth nitro stout in keg.

Currently available in 500ml bottles, 30L & 50L S Type kegs.

European Gold medal, Session IPA,

SIBA Gold medal Session Pale Ale

Gluten Free Red IPA

It has perfect bitterness, and intense hop aromas from the mosaic, jester and magnum hops. It also has a rich malty character to balance with the hops.

Released in March 2024 this beer was created by Kate, our head practical brewer, and the first brew she created.

We think it’s fabulous and so did the judges at European Beer Challenge where it won gold in the Session IPA category 2025 and SIBA Wales and West Competition 2024, where it won Champion Cask Session Pale Ale.

MISCHIEF 5.0%

Mischief is our strong golden ale. A premium beer

It’s not overly hopped. It is refreshing and easily quaffable for a 5% ale, hence the name! If your customers are looking for a British style IPA, this is the beer for you.

Brewed with a great balance of malts and hops this beer is an easy drinking brew with a slight sweetness in the finish.

It goes great with with all sorts of foods, it has been matched at events a number of times with white chocolate with lemongrass, and goes equally well with fish dishes.

This was the first gluten free beer we produced back in 2015. We set out to create a great tasting gluten free beer that everyone can enjoy and in 2017 we improved the recipe not compromising on the aroma or taste. We think you’ll love it even more!

Dark Secret is a rich full bodied oatmeal stout full of chocolate and coffee flavours at 5.5% Alc.

This is our best selling gluten free product. It is definitely one for the dark beer lovers to enjoy. Goes great with blue cheeses, or chocolate puddings. Dark Secret has won more awards to date than any other brew.

MPA 4.0%

Monty’s Pale Ale is a 4% session ale.

Brewed using Maris Otter barley, it gives this beer a beautifully light colour, inviting the customer to drink it all year round.

MPA has gentle malt flavours and soft hop aromas with hints of grapefruit and lychee. It has a light bitterness, making it the beer of choice to work with a wide range of foods in a restaurant, but also the beer of choice for customers who are just out for a drink.

It’s Monty’s biggest selling cask ale, easily quaffable and a favourite wherever its sold.

This beer is only available in Cask.
